Chris and Ryanne were awesome!!!!! Whenever we needed them, they would return our calls immediately!!! My wife and I could not have bought our lovely home without their help. They are honest, knowledgable, and above all they care about everyone's individual needs. We talked to other realtors before Chris and Ryanne, and we can say that the other realtors did not have the expertise or energy that the other realtors had. When we had to complete deadlines and amendments to the contract, Chris and Ryanne were efficient, honest, and worked to the late night hours. Everything was great with our experience, and there were no problems in our home buying experience because of Chris and Ryanne. We will only work with Ryanne and Chris. Honesty and a caring heart is hard to find in the business world, but my wife and I are happy to know that we have found those two attributes in Ryanne and Chris.
I just wanted to send a Thank You for the outstanding job that you did in marketing and selling my home in the Dripping springs, Texas area. I would and will recommend you and your real estate team to list and sell all my friends homes. As you know my home had been on the market for approximately 1 1/2 years with two different realtors to no avail. I temporarily took it off the market and listed it with you and your team and it sold twice in a short period of time. I feel that the way you staged my home and the way it was marketed made a huge difference in how quickly it sold.
In addition to getting my home sold I appreciate the extra effort you put forth in finding me a new home, arranging the financing, home inspections and making sure that I was getting what I was paying for. As you well know there was a period when I was out of my house and still waiting for the new one to be completed. Thank you for your assistance in getting the builder to speed up the closing date, working with the title company and getting me out of temporary quarters. That sure made the move easier.

This was the first property we purchased and Ryanne made the experience very effortless. Ryanne listens to what you are looking for, rather than trying to tell you or steer you in a direction that may benefit her in any way. She understands the buyer and works diligently – really way more than I would expected– especially handling a lot of little details for us that we had not even considered. She is very detailed and patient with explanation of procedures and forms. Ryanne always keeps in contact either by phone or E-mail with updates which was great since she was in Austin and we were in Fort Worth. Ryanne came to Fort Worth anytime we were interested in a home and she would show us countless houses and spent countless hours with each of us. I cannot imagine a better real estate agent.
